What is Snobodi's return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, some technical gear must still have all security tags attached.

Does my apparel come with a waterproof rating?

Yes, all Snobodi outerwear is performance-tested. Most of our jackets and pants feature a minimum 10,000mm waterproof rating and 10,000g breathability to keep you dry in all conditions.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip.

Do you offer international shipping?

To maintain the integrity of waterproof coatings, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a technical fabric cleaner and air drying away from direct heat.
